The Emperor

"The Emperor shall be the Head of state and government, the Grand Marshal of the Imperial Military, Supreme Head of Government, and the Pauramonté of the High Government. He also holds the hereditary title of "King of Omnislavia". The Emperor shall hold ultimate authority in all matters of governance, and his word shall be considered law throughout the Empire."

"The Emperor's decrees shall take precedence over any conflicting laws or actions, except where this Constitution expressly requires cooperation with other governing bodies. The supreme autocratic power is vested in the Emperor of all the Totemias. It is God's command that his authority should he obeyed not only through fear but for conscience' sake."

"He shall be designated as; By the Grace of God, Emperor of all the Totemias, King of Omnislavia, Grand Marshal of the Imperial Armed Forces, Supreme Head of the Imperial Government, Pauramonté of the High Government, Head of the Commonwealth. His style shall be His/Your Imperial Majesty then Sir."

"While the Emperor retains the right to pass laws independently, the Emperor shall also be required to consult and cooperate with Parliament on creating and passing certain laws, as prescribed by this Constitution."

"The Emperor's authority includes, but is not limited to: Commanding the Imperial Military as Grand Marshal and directing the defense and military strategy of the Empire; making decisions related to foreign policy and international relations, including treaties and alliances, in consultation with the appropriate governmental bodies; appointing officials, including the Chancellor, and directing the administration of the Empire's governmental affairs."

"In the event that the Emperor is unable to fulfill their duties due to incapacity, abdication, or other reasons, the succession shall proceed as follows: The Prince or designated Heir shall assume the duties and authority of the Emperor or Empress suo jure. If the Prince or designated Heir is unable or unfit to assume the throne, the Chancellor shall take on the responsibilities of the Emperor, exercising full authority as outlined in this Constitution until a new Emperor is chosen or the Prince is able to assume their role."

"While the Emperor's authority is supreme, the exercise of that power shall be subject to the principles of this Constitution. The Emperor is bound by the provisions set forth in the Constitution, including the need for collaboration with Parliament in certain matters and the protection of individual rights and freedoms. The Emperor's actions may be subject to review by Parliament in cases where they conflict with the Constitution or established law."
