The Decree of Union is a founding document of the Totemian Empire. It united the nations of Sombredium, Sconlaend, Anglaou, Toetmgraed, and Impalium into the Consulate State of Totemia (the Totem of Hardcore), founding the first ever Totemic State.

The staet en wich mention es to be named; Totem of Hardcore, abrv. T.O.H. and officially the Consulate Staet of Totemia. This unifies the following soverign staets, Sombredium, Sconlaend, Anglaou, Toetmgraed, and Impalium The Consulate consists of, Slaed of Sombreda, Lexil of Toetmgraed, and AEpoch of Toetmgraed, power es distributed 40/30/30 with Slaed being 40.
