New Totemgrad – On the 29th, Private Cates attacked Valentine dey Ghanail for no apparent reason outside the Supreme Court Building in New Totemgrad’s Sixth Ward. He was then promptly arrested and a trial commenced to sentence Cates to a reasonable punishment. He did not show up to court once informed repetitively, which prompted Acting Judge The Honourable Nuxart, Minister of the Interior PC MP to find him in contempt of court. All jurors available found him guilty of all counts which were Assault and Violence, Violation of Citizen Duties. (Murder was dropped for the legal definition being vague for roleplay reasons). (pic. 3 shows the trial)

PVT Cates shall pay a fine of 1,500 SL for failing to participate in community growth and up holding the laws and shall be suspended from military duties for two weeks. PVT Cates shall also pay Valentine dey Ghanail 5,000 SL as a form of compensation for his actions and must write a letter explaining why he did what he did and why this destroys social harmony.
