By the Grace of God of the Kingdom of Talevontage, King, Crown Prince of the Totemian Empire, Hero of the Totemian Empire

To all to whom these our present letters shall come.

I, King Charles of Talevontage, do hereby appoint Nuxart of Xirnux as Regent of the Kingdom of Talevontage, granting them the authority to govern and act in service to the Crown as my foremost deputy and second in command.

In witness whereof, We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent.

Given at Corvalles, this 29th day of May in the year of our Lord 2026.
