State Hermitage Museum Opening Date Announced as Permanent Guard Installed at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier

New Totemgrad – The Imperial Government has announced that the State Hermitage Museum will officially open to the public on 25 August 2026, marking the completion of preparations for one of the Empire’s newest major cultural institutions.

The announcement comes as the Imperial Armed Forces Cemetery has also established a permanent guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, creating a continuous ceremonial presence at the memorial dedicated to the unidentified servicemen who gave their lives in service to the Totemian Empire.

The installation of the permanent guard was marked by a formal military ceremony attended by His Imperial Majesty, the Emperor. During the ceremony, the Emperor approached the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and laid a wreath in remembrance of the fallen.

The wreath-laying ceremony was conducted as a solemn tribute to those whose names and individual stories may never be known, but whose service is remembered as part of the history of the Imperial Armed Forces.

Meanwhile, preparations are continuing for the opening of the State Hermitage Museum on 25 August. The museum is expected to become a significant center for the preservation and exhibition of art, historical objects, and cultural heritage within the Totemian Empire.

The opening will mark the formal beginning of the museum’s public operations and represents a major addition to the Empire’s cultural institutions. Further details concerning the opening ceremony and public access are expected to be announced by Imperial authorities as the date approaches.
