The Establishment of the Coat of Arms of His Imperial Highness the Crown Prince of the Totemian Empire
By the authority vested in me as Emperor by God, the Constitution, and the State, I hereby order:
The establishment and creation of the official Coat of Arms, Banner of Arms, Imperial Standard, Shield, and full heraldic achievement of His Imperial Highness the Crown Prince of the Totemian Empire. These arms shall be designed and approved by the Crown and shall henceforth serve as the official heraldic symbols representing the Crown Prince, his office as Heir to the Imperial Throne, and the continuation of the Imperial Succession.
The official heraldic designs of His Imperial Highness the Crown Prince shall consist of the following elements, as shown in the attached images:
• The Coat of Arms of the Crown Prince, consisting of the complete heraldic achievement, including the shield, crown, supporters, ornaments, and all approved elements representing his rank, dignity, and position within the Imperial House.
• The Shield of the Crown Prince, serving as the central element of his arms and displaying the heraldic symbols granted by the Crown.
• The Banner of Arms of the Crown Prince, displaying his Coat of Arms in banner form and serving as his personal heraldic banner for ceremonial and official use.
• The Imperial Standard of the Crown Prince, serving as the official standard of his office as Heir to the Imperial Throne and representing his presence at state occasions, ceremonies, and other events of Imperial significance.
All government institutions, ministries, military branches, diplomatic missions, and public authorities shall recognize and respect the Arms, Banner of Arms, and Imperial Standard of the Crown Prince as the official symbols of the Imperial Heir. The use, reproduction, or alteration of these symbols shall require authorization from the Imperial Authority.
This establishment is made to strengthen the heraldic traditions of the Second Totemian Empire, provide proper distinction to the Office of the Crown Prince, and preserve the dignity, continuity, and authority of the Imperial House and its succession.
