By the Grace of Almighty God, and by the authority vested in Me as Emperor by the Constitution and the Laws of the Totemian Empire, I hereby decree and order:
A PROCLAMATION
1. Dismissal of the Chancellor
Whereas Bread Hiroiovich PC has demonstrated conduct unbecoming of the Office of Chancellor through threats against the stability of the Totemian Empire, its public infrastructure, and the orderly administration of government, and has further proven himself incompetent and unfit to discharge the duties entrusted to him, I do hereby remove and dismiss Bread Hiroiovich PC from the Office of Chancellor of the Totemian Empire, effective immediately.
From the moment this Order enters into force, he shall cease to exercise any authority, power, privilege, or responsibility appertaining to that Office.
1. Appointment of the Acting Chancellor
To preserve the continuity and stability of the Imperial Government, Jisnt Vericoel PC MP, presently serving as Vice Chancellor, is hereby appointed Acting Chancellor and shall become the Sixth Chancellor of the Totemian Empire upon immediately taking the constitutional Oath of Office.
He shall exercise all lawful powers and duties of the Office until his successor is duly sworn.
1. Succession of the Chancellor-elect
The Right Honourable Angel S. Hyacinth, Countess of Krasnopolyansky, having been duly elected Chancellor in accordance with the Constitution and the Laws of the Totemian Empire, shall assume the Office upon taking the Oath of Office later today (EST).
Upon her accession, Jisnt Vericoel PC MP shall relinquish the Office of Chancellor and resume service as Vice Chancellor, thereby becoming the Fifth Vice Chancellor in accordance with the established constitutional order of succession.
1. Effect of this Order
All officers, departments, and authorities of the Totemian Empire are hereby directed to recognize and faithfully execute this Imperial Order. Any act contrary to this Order shall be of no force or effect.
This Order shall take effect immediately upon its signing.
