By the authority vested in me as Emperor by God, the Constitution, and the State, I hereby order:
The adjustment and standardization of the Imperial Coat of Arms of the Second Totemian Empire. The Lesser Coat of Arms and Greater Coat of Arms shall be revised in accordance with designs approved by the Crown and shall henceforth serve as the official heraldic emblems of the Empire. Government institutions like Parliament will use the Lesser Coat of Arms as a default and official logos like mass media, icons, and any other institution or organisation will use the Greater Coat of Arms with permission from the Emperor
All government institutions, ministries, departments, military branches, diplomatic missions, and public authorities shall adopt the updated arms for official use. Previous versions may continue to be displayed for historical and archival purposes but shall no longer be used as the primary official representation of the Empire.
This adjustment is made to ensure greater heraldic consistency, strengthen the visual identity of the Imperial State, and accurately reflect the dignity, history, and authority of the Second Totemian Empire.
