By the power invested in me as Emperor by God, Constitution, and State, i hereby order;
18/4/25 Reformations of Parliament Third Council and Third Concert dissolved
The upper house will be the house of lords who will hold titles of peerage and some lords will probably be in the privy council as well. Most Third Council members will become members of the House of Lords, they will be addressed as a title of peerage such as DukeEarl,Viscount,Baron,etc. / My Lord
The lower house will be the house of commons where most people will be, the vice chancellor of the totemian empire will be the speaker of the house of commons. most third concert members will become members of the house of commons, they will be addressed as Honourable Member/ The Honourable
power will be 50/50. If a bill is passed by the house of commons by a 2/3 majority it will go to the lords, if it passes 2/3 there it will go to the chancellor, (for minor laws/bills) if the chancellor is fine with it it goes to the emperor where it will be passed or vetoed, if the chancellor isn’t fine with it then the process restarts (for major bills) the lords will directly take the bill to the emperor, if the emperor vetoes the bill the process restarts, if the emperor is fine with it then the bill is passed.
Salary for both houses shall be 2,500 Sterling month

Chancellery Salary shall be 10,000 Sterling a month
Vice Chancellery Salary shall be 5,000 Sterling a month.
