Peasants have limited rights
Serf's rights are decided by their Proprietor
Slaves have no rights.
You must serve at LEAST 1 week to ask the Emperor for freedom.
Citizens CANNOT and WILL NOT be demoted to any of these aforementioned positions of dishonour WITHOUT a fair trial.
