An inauguration is the process of swearing a person into office and thus making that person the incumbent. This shall hence forth be REQUIRED for any government officer assuming an office, such as but not limited to, Chancellor and Vice Chancellor, a Minister in the Privy Council, Parliament, and Supreme Court. For this, the person (or an Armour Stand representing them with their consent) MUST be visible with them agreeing to the mentioned oath.
Either a proclamation or a coronation shall henceforth be REQUIRED for any Regnal position, including but not limited to, Emperor, Empress consort, Crown Prince, Prince, King, Queen, Queen Consort, Regent, Duke/Duchess, Earl/Countess, Baron/Baroness, etc. For this, the person (or an Armour Stand representing them with their consent) MUST be visible with them agreeing to the mentioned oath. A coronation is an act of placement or bestowal of a crown upon a monarch's head.
