On this 5th day of July, in the year of 2024, I, Aunser Vasili, and the honourable Third Council, officially re-establish a state of empire across totemia. We are officially, as of right now, the Second Totemian Empire.

The territory known as Foer Rosá (Fort Rose) is officially incorporated into the Totemian Empire (Second Totemian Empire), As a territory of the Totemian Empire, and incorporated as a Totemic Faction of legitimate authority of self governance if pleased. Emperor Vasili Ivanovich Q.M. shall be Proprietor of the Fort.
