New Totemgrad — After a month-long wait, PRAVAUGE-1 returns with three major developments. We apologise for the delay and intend to publish more frequently moving forward.
Nonsense has won the recent chancelloral election with 266 electoral votes and 23 popular votes, defeating Cats of Catalonia, who received 11 electoral votes and 11 popular votes.
The result establishes the largest Electoral College landslide in the Empire’s history, marking a historic victory for Nonsense.
Cats, Lord Proprietor of Catalonia, a Member of Parliament, and leader of the Catalonia First Party, has reportedly not spoken publicly for almost a month.
The circumstances surrounding the disappearance remain unknown, raising questions about Catalonia’s political leadership and the future activity of the Catalonia First Party.
A public poll concerning the return of NPC villagers has sparked controversy, with The Birthday Party reportedly lobbying members to vote against the proposal.
Supporters argue that villager trading helps ordinary players progress without spending excessive time farming, while opponents favour rejecting the proposal.
The campaign has included attempts to persuade voters to reconsider their positions. Lord Li’Cat of Kolskva reportedly changed their vote following further discussion.
The final outcome could significantly affect trading and resource acquisition throughout the Realm.

When I first arrived in Totemia around June or July of 2026 I had discovered that the currency was that of one backed by resources. At the time it was gold, diamonds, and netherite. To me this had made no sense to me as the conversion rates allowed you to exchange them for ridiculous amounts which would lead to you being able to get a very quick amount of SL, specifically under the gold trade this was viable as one could attempt to establish a gold farm and then flood the currency. I later discovered that the Totemian Empire did not always wish to fulfill its legal obligations, it seemed as if the text acted more as a form of establishing an image of superiority and confidence into a false economy and a false backing. They seemed to know that they were providing money far too easily, but it was not changed as no one had really thought about doing crazy conversions, I did consider attempting it and I had pointed it out but no one had seemed to change it. This was until Glen was able to convert his gold into SL at the same time I had already either introduced or was writing and engaging in consultation on a bill that was called the Civil Code Reform Act of 2026 later introduced by me back when I was a workers reformist’ acting as the single member and the leader of this party. This bill covered many things, but within it we had gotten rid of allowing gold and iron to be exchanged allowing only netherite and diamonds, while not a full abolishment of what I had wanted at the time, I felt that this was the most sensible solution in order to still provide a pragmatic approach which is limiting people from farming currency with no valid measure of productivity and still limiting it to rarer resources. The bill also introduced a provision which limited how much one could convert the minimum limit being 3,000 SL and a maximum of 15,000 SL set at a rate of one month limit. Under this operating law it was supposed to work this way since currency was backed. One would take their resources in exchange to get an amount and the Totemian Empire should have taken these resources and printed currency this newly printed currency would be provided to them as the money was backed.
I had realized that this approach is rather mistaken as the Totemian State had access to infinite resources, but limited skill and labor. The Totemian State and their access to infinite resources should not be confused with the Totemian people which do not have access to infinite resources. If one looks into the constitution today they will find that Totemian currency is no longer backed by resources as I spoke with those in the Higher Government of the Totemian Empire and consulted with them to encourage a removal of this backed currency while still not immediately stating that we had moved to a formal commitment to a fiat currency as this provides flexibility in ideology and state goals. I had also realized that the state is most likely not storing this as it has no true incentive to store resources and that they have unlimited resources and creates a hassle and puts to waste the limited labor that does exist.
The Totemian Empire should be allowed to mint currency as it does not face the same international limits that others might face, but I also do not encourage endless spending. Spending is necessary to pay for the limited labor and skill that does exist and should reward productivity that can come in the forms of construction or production which are beneficial to the Totemian people.
To me currency is a tool used to to cap what an entity can purchase as there are limits in three ways. These limits could be resources, labor power, and skill. Helpful to avoid needing to barter and to avoid justifying infinite amounts of purchases on things that can span come from farming, construction, mining, traveling and producing.
For this reason I propose that the Totemian people come to accept that for the reasons above, currency is used as a form to exchange limited things in supply and that only the state may create currency in Totemia and that if only the state may create currency it should be considered by both the state and the people that such currency is a temporary possession which can be held by the totemian people and the state, but ultimately its central management and ability for seizures and controls on how influential a currency can be is to be done by the state. As well as establishing that currency is used to avoid bartering and is intended to prevent an infinite extraction of limited inputs whether in the form of resources, labor and or skill, that the totemian people and the totemian state be open to taxation.
Taxation is beneficial for the purposes of recycling around existing currency without risking the need to mint more and of course acts as a form of draining the accounts of those who do not provide productivity to the totemian people or the totemian state. When it comes to labor and construction the income one makes can be seen as a form of generating income and being rewarded for their productivity. Productivity in my sense comes from the creation of something that is tangible. This might come in the form of construction, farming, mining and production all of which are productive.
What I do not consider productive would be that, that might be seen in speculative markets, while speculative markets can produce things that are seen under me as productivity but rather an indirect productivity. Indirect Productivity is of something that is by itself also speculative. Indirect Productivity is when currency is generated and this currency can be used to later generate productivity and it requires that this currency is generated from speculative markets. This can come in many forms as currency can be spent in many ways. Some examples include this, an enterprise might open up on the stock market and need funding so private investors would invest into this enterprise and this enterprise then takes that funding and might be able to prop up markets that are productive and when these markets get propped up construction is of course needed leading to the first form of productivity when establishing these new markets and meeting their physical needs. Investors who need to receive their funding are also engaging in indirect productivity as receiving their funding allows them to either invest in other enterprises which may then do the same cycle. This is a very simple concept and of course not all markets may require physical needs.
Without getting too dogmatic, if and when the speculative markets are established in Totemia they should focus on these primary things. They should be used as a tool for business organizations to raise much needed currency which they might not otherwise be able to get from the totemian state. It should be used for the creation of productive markets even if the upper one is that of an indirect productive market. It should serve the totemian public and state interests that can come in the way of developing markets which the state may lack or engaging in niche sectors. Now, we must establish some hard limits on what may come. The speculative markets should not be bailed out if they fail, and it should be expected to fail as a speculative market such as that of a stock market requires a buyer and a seller. If there is no constant entity willing to buy the stocks which are being sold, this could lead sellers being locked out and not being able to leave with their money. Businesses Organizations should also be required to provide reasonable dividends to their investors while providing sensible income to those who are productive. I must however warn that at this time Totemia seems to lack scale with its population of potential investors and this could of course lead to either a stagnating or a losing market.
Now that those have been spoken about, I want to establish that the speculative economy should not create an AI market simply because one seeks for it to be more "realistic" or produces fake reactions to news. News is news and people are people, they will react however they wish to react. Creating an AI Market is not in any way sensible unless it is purely for the purposes of optics. To reiterate, the speculative markets should be used as a tool in order to build up productivity and business organizations use these speculative markets as a form of generating income when it is needed for their growth. The concept of implementing a fraudulent AI driven speculative market and to have fraudulent reactions from news to affect these false companies and their stocks as some have proposed should be rejected and denounced as a reckless form of generating currency for one self as it misses the cores I established above which defeat the purpose of what a speculative market should be used for. Those being to create productivity, provide funding for companies, and to allow for some personal financial gain which could be later used to indirectly fund productivity. To put the fraudulent speculative market concept to rest, it is likely that if this fraudulent sector appears within the speculative market it could create a distrust of the speculative markets.
This speculative market was proposed and I was told this is because they can make money but don’t know what to do with it and this is why it is necessary that productivity is set as a primary goal of the totemian state. The only reason there is nothing to do with currency has to do that without the totemian state markets there is no true incentive to do anything productive. This being a cycle of course leads those who are productive or attempting to reach productivity to no longer be productive.
One of the benefits of the speculative market is that it allows us to view a portion of the totemian economy as growth can tell us if there is a scaling issue. I personally prefer for no speculative market to be established but if one is established my pragmatic approach is listed above.
State spending is beneficial during times where there is no true productivity to allow for construction and activity within the community, while at the same time providing currency to those assisting with the projects and the belief is that this currency should allow others to exchange and develop other productive forces privately. It appears that this is not the case. For this reason the approach should be revised to allow for the allocation of resources instead of purely providing a grant to repurchase resources from the state through the imperial market established by the State in New Totemgrad. Grants should of course allow grantees to get paid for the selling of their labor power. On paper if the previous approach had remained it would have allowed totemia to increase its GDP numbers as there were technically purchases, but we should not focus on pure numbers and focus on what is actually productive. The State should reduce the hurdle of having to shop around for items with this grant and directly provide grantees with the materials for these national projects while focusing on payment for the costs related to labor power.
There can however be a change regarding the project, if there is to be established a grant for subnational governments and localities they should of course be able to request funding for both labor power and materials as we cannot necessarily know exactly what they might wish to build as it is not a national project. Communication with the subnational governments and the localities should be at a constant especially during times of grants being provided, to not only have responsible expenditures, but to provide materials directly where possible, to preserve as much funding as possible to either reuse the currency for future projects or to allow others who want to take out the same grants.

WHEREAS, The Birthday Party was founded through the merger of three political parties: the Workers Reformist Party, the Liberal Democratic Party, and the Progressive Party, in response to the reactionary forces confronting Totemia and the political conditions arising from them;
WHEREAS, this merger constituted the political and organizational foundation of The Birthday Party, bringing the three constituent parties together under a unified political organization;
WHEREAS, all members who entered The Birthday Party through this merger were granted permanent seats on the Central Committee in recognition of their participation in the Party’s founding and the political continuity established through that process;
NOW, THEREFORE, The Birthday Party formally resolves as follows:
Recently, Nonsense, the current Chancellor-elect and future Chancellor of Totemia, has claimed to have reestablished the Liberal Democratic Party. The Birthday Party categorically rejects this claim. The organization presently styling itself as the “Liberal Democratic Party” is not recognized by The Birthday Party as the historical, political, or organizational continuation of the Liberal Democratic Party that participated in the founding merger. Whatever juridical registration or legal personality this newly constituted organization may possess under Totemian law does not establish historical continuity, nor does the adoption of a former party’s name restore an organization that ceased to exist independently through merger. The Birthday Party therefore regards it not as a restored Liberal Democratic Party, but as a new political organization improperly claiming the identity and continuity of a party whose organizational existence was incorporated into The Birthday Party.
To accept Nonsense’s purported reestablishment would deny the political and organizational consequences of the founding merger. It would require the contradictory position that the Liberal Democratic Party both merged into The Birthday Party and somehow remained independently intact and available for later restoration. The Birthday Party rejects this interpretation entirely.
Nonsense is therefore regarded not as the representative of a restored Liberal Democratic Party, but as a misguided member of The Birthday Party who, through their own political actions, has willingly vacated their permanent seat on the Central Committee. The Party characterizes this line as revisionist because it attempts to revise the established meaning of the founding merger and reconstruct an independent political identity that had already been incorporated into the unified Party.
The Party further regards this conduct as opportunistic insofar as it attempts to exploit the name, history, and political inheritance of the former Liberal Democratic Party for a new political project while disregarding the organizational settlement through which that party ceased to exist independently. The self-proclaimed organization using the Liberal Democratic name is therefore politically and organizationally illegitimate in its claim of succession. The historical Liberal Democratic Party merged into The Birthday Party, and its political inheritance cannot be unilaterally separated from that merger or appropriated through declaration.
Nonsense has also refused to clearly state their positions on certain political questions and has rejected political labeling. The Birthday Party regards this as a manifestation of centrism and political opportunism. Centrism frequently presents itself as standing above contending political lines, relying upon vague formulations such as “both sides are bad” or “everyone has good and bad points,” while refusing to identify the principal contradiction or adopt a definite political position. Such observations may be correct in particular circumstances, but it is politically dangerous to elevate them into a general method.
The assumption that the correct line must necessarily occupy a position between two opposing tendencies is merely the middle-ground fallacy expressed in political form. When transformed into a permanent political orientation, such centrism substitutes abstract balance for concrete analysis, places stability above substantive transformation, and can result in passive accommodation to the existing order. Under conditions in which progressive and reactionary forces are in contradiction, the refusal to take a definite position does not constitute neutrality; it can objectively preserve the existing balance of forces and thereby accommodate reactionary interests.
The Birthday Party recognizes that, under particular material conditions, tactical compromise or temporary accommodation with conservative, bourgeois, or reactionary forces may be necessary. Such compromises are not principles in themselves, but instruments subordinate to the Party’s political line, strategic objectives, and Charter. In accordance with the Party’s principles of pragmatism, democratic consultation, and democratic centralism, tactical retreats and temporary cooperation may be accepted where they materially benefit the Party, the people, the State, or the economy, provided that the Party does not subordinate itself politically or organizationally to the forces with which it cooperates. The Party therefore rejects both dogmatic inflexibility and unprincipled compromise.
The Birthday Party remains willing to engage in dialogue with the incoming Chancellor. However, the Party firmly rejects Nonsense’s claim to represent or reestablish the Liberal Democratic Party, formally objects to the legal recognition of the purported organization, and maintains that Nonsense should be required to pay any fee applicable to the formation or registration of a new political party.
The Party nevertheless intends to meet with the incoming Chancellor to discuss and establish the Make It Beautiful campaign.
This statement was approved and released in accordance with democratic centralism following a vote of the Central Committee. Of the total membership of the Central Committee, four members voted in favor of the statement and its rejection of the purported Liberal Democratic Party.

New Totemgrad — The Second New Totemgrad Cup concluded yesterday, marking the end of a competitive tournament that saw several decisive victories and unexpected developments.
The competition opened with notable results. Jisnt defeated Nonsense in the opening round, while Rylexx advanced after Butter forfeited their match. Angelica secured a strong victory against Wither, sending Wither into the loser’s round. However, the tournament’s progression shifted when Rylexx later issued an automatic forfeit, altering the expected bracket.
A key elimination match followed between Nonsense and Wither to determine who would advance to face Jisnt. Nonsense emerged victorious and moved forward in the competition.
The semi-final stage narrowed the field significantly. Jisnt defeated Nonsense, sending them to the third-place round. On the opposite side of the bracket, Angelica overcame Cates, securing her position in the final.
In the third-place round, Nonsense faced Cates and claimed victory, earning third place in the tournament standings.
The final match between Jisnt and Angelica served as the defining moment of the tournament. After a competitive contest, Angelica emerged victorious, becoming Champion of the Second New Totemgrad Cup.
In recognition of her victory, Angelica received 20,000 shillengs, a rank promotion, and an official medal.
Jisnt, finishing in second place, received 10,000 shillengs along with a participation medal. Nonsense, placing third, was awarded 7,500 shillengs and a participation medal.
Wither and Cates also received 2,500 shillengs each, along with participation medals, in recognition of their involvement in the tournament.
The conclusion of the Second New Totemgrad Cup highlighted the continued growth and organisation of competitive events within the Totemian Empire. The tournament demonstrated strong participation, structured progression, and a high level of competition among its participants.

New Totemgrad - The Palace of New Totemgrad, one of the residences of His Imperial Majesty the Emperor, is set to be demolished following a decision by the Emperor to remove the largely unused residence and replace the site with a new public park.
The Palace of New Totemgrad has served as one of the Emperor’s official residences, but in recent months has seen little practical use. The Emperor has cited its lack of regular use, questions surrounding its practicality, and the obstruction created by the large complex within the surrounding area as reasons for its demolition.
Following the decision, the palace grounds will instead be transformed into a public park, opening the area to citizens and providing a new green space within the capital.
The decision comes alongside several other developments within the Totemian Empire, including new government funding and changes to the Imperial Government.
Chancellor Jisnt Vericoel has also announced the allocation of 10,000 shillengs in funding to Catalonia to support its continued development.
The funding has been provided to assist Catalonia with its governmental and civic development, giving the region additional resources for future projects and improvements.
The decision demonstrates the continued involvement of the Low Government in supporting the Empire’s constituent territories and their development.
In another major government development, Lucius Cornelius, previously serving as a judge, has been appointed as the new Minister of the Interior.
Cornelius will assume responsibility for the Interior Ministry, taking on a significant role within the administration of the Totemian Empire.
His appointment marks a transition from the judiciary into the Imperial Government, bringing his previous experience as a judge into one of the Empire’s principal ministerial offices.
With the former imperial residence to be replaced by a public park, new funding being directed toward Catalonia, and a new Minister of the Interior taking office, the Totemian Government continues its efforts to develop and reorganise the Empire’s institutions and territories.

New Totemgrad — The State Hermitage Museum has officially opened its doors today in New Totemgrad, marking the establishment of a new major cultural institution within the Totemian Empire.
The opening ceremony was attended by His Imperial Majesty the Emperor and His Excellency the Chancellor, Jisnt Vericoel, who were present to formally mark the opening of the museum.
The ceremony marked the official completion of the museum and its transition from a developing cultural project into a functioning public institution.
The State Hermitage Museum has been established as a centre dedicated to the preservation and exhibition of art, history, and cultural heritage. Visitors will be able to explore its collections and exhibitions while learning about the artistic and historical development of the Totemian Empire.

New Totemgrad — The Totemian Low Government has undergone its most significant political disruption in recent history following the resignation and departure of Chancellor Angel S. Hyacinth, the former Countess of Krasnopolyansky, bringing the Hyacinth Ministry to an abrupt end.
The collapse followed a dispute between the former Chancellor and His Imperial Majesty the Emperor. Hyacinth alleged that the Emperor had previously lied about his age, a claim rejected by the Emperor, who maintained that he had never misrepresented his age. The dispute ultimately resulted in Hyacinth’s resignation from office and her departure from the Totemian Empire.
The resignation effectively collapsed the existing Low Government, bringing an exceptionally short-lived ministry to an end. Angel S. Hyacinth’s tenure is now officially the shortest Chancellorship in Totemian history.
In response to the collapse, Jisnt Vericoel, the former Vice Chancellor, was sworn in as Chancellor, while Penelope Beaumont was appointed Vice Chancellor. Both officials were formally sworn into office by Chief Justice Aden.
Jisnt Vericoel’s return marks his sixth term as Chancellor. Rather than beginning an entirely new programme, he will serve the remainder of Hyacinth’s original term and continue the governmental programme established by her ministry.
Penelope Beaumont’s appointment is historic, making her the first female Vice Chancellor in Totemian history.
The reconstruction of the Low Government was followed today by the State Opening of Parliament.
During the ceremony, the national flag flying above the Parliament building was replaced by the Imperial Standard, signifying the presence of His Imperial Majesty within Parliament.
The Emperor entered Parliament and delivered the Speech from the Throne, outlining the direction of My Government under Chancellor Jisnt Vericoel.
The speech made clear that the collapse of the Hyacinth Ministry would not mean the abandonment of its governmental programme. Instead, the new administration will continue the work already established, particularly in the areas of good governance, national development, economic opportunity, and public service.
The State Opening therefore served as the formal beginning of Jisnt Vericoel’s sixth Chancellorship, the new Parliamentary session, and the reconstitution of the Low Government following the collapse of the Hyacinth Ministry.

Meanwhile, preparations have concluded for the opening of the State Hermitage Museum, which will officially open to the public tomorrow, Sunday, 30 August 2026.
The museum is expected to become one of the Empire’s principal cultural institutions, preserving and exhibiting works of art, historical objects, and other pieces of Totemian cultural heritage.
Of particular interest, the Imperial Crown Jewels will be available for public viewing throughout the coming week, from Monday, 31 August, through Friday, 4 September.
The museum’s opening follows the recent establishment of a permanent guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, representing the Empire’s continuing efforts to preserve both its cultural heritage and the memory of those who served it.

New Totemgrad – The Imperial Government has announced that the State Hermitage Museum will officially open to the public on 25 August 2026, marking the completion of preparations for one of the Empire’s newest major cultural institutions.
The announcement comes as the Imperial Armed Forces Cemetery has also established a permanent guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, creating a continuous ceremonial presence at the memorial dedicated to the unidentified servicemen who gave their lives in service to the Totemian Empire.
The installation of the permanent guard was marked by a formal military ceremony attended by His Imperial Majesty, the Emperor. During the ceremony, the Emperor approached the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and laid a wreath in remembrance of the fallen.
The wreath-laying ceremony was conducted as a solemn tribute to those whose names and individual stories may never be known, but whose service is remembered as part of the history of the Imperial Armed Forces.
Meanwhile, preparations are continuing for the opening of the State Hermitage Museum on 25 August. The museum is expected to become a significant center for the preservation and exhibition of art, historical objects, and cultural heritage within the Totemian Empire.

New Totemgrad – The newly completed Patriarchal Cathedral of the Holy Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ in New Totemgrad has been formally consecrated in a ceremony conducted by the Holy Totemian Orthodox Church.
The ceremony was led by the Patriarch of the Holy Totemian Orthodox Church and followed the traditional rites of an Orthodox church consecration.
As part of the ceremony, the cathedral’s altar was consecrated and sacred relics were placed within it. The interior of the building was subsequently blessed and prepared for liturgical use.
Following the consecration, the cathedral was formally designated as the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Holy Resurrection and established as the principal cathedral and seat of the Ecumenical Patriarch of the Totemian Orthodox Church.
The newly consecrated cathedral is located in New Totemgrad and is expected to serve as the primary center of the Patriarchate’s liturgical and ecclesiastical activities. Its establishment provides the Totemian Orthodox Church with a permanent cathedral specifically designated as the seat of the Patriarchate.
The Patriarch had previously issued a decree announcing the consecration, calling the cathedral a place intended for worship, prayer, and the celebration of the Divine Mysteries.
The ceremony included processions, prayers, the consecration of the altar, and the blessing of the cathedral.

The motion, entitled “Motion to Ban Ecumenical Patriarch Alexandros,” called for Alexandros’s permanent expulsion from the Totemian community on the grounds of a prolonged and documented pattern of conduct considered incompatible with the standards expected of members of the Empire.
The motion alleged that Alexandros had repeatedly engaged in inflammatory behavior, including the use of racial and homophobic slurs, derogatory remarks directed toward minority groups, and statements that fostered hostility and division within the community. During the same announcement, Alexandros formally nominated Metropolitan Bishop Vladimyr of Lichny, who had previously served as Ecumenical Patriarch before Alexandros, to succeed him as Archbishop of Totemia and Constantinople, New Rome, and Ecumenical Patriarch of the Totemian Orthodox Church. He concluded his final message by offering his blessing to His Imperial Majesty Emperor Vasili I, praying that the Emperor “may live long and rule this nation faithfully and thoughtfully,” before ending with the words, “God save the Emperor! Dieu sauve l’Empereur! God grant you many years.”
Before the deportation process could be completed, officials confirmed that Alexandros died after suffering a massive stroke during the night. He was found deceased the following morning, bringing the proceedings against him to an end.

Achiry – The Kingdom of Omnislavia today marked a historic occasion with the inaugural ceremony for its newly adopted regional anthem, “Rheodina” (“Motherland”), held at Achiry Palace in Achiry, the capital ceté of Omnislavia.
The ceremony was presided over by His Imperial Majesty, the Emperor in his capacity as King of Omnislavia, alongside members of the Omnislavian Royal Household, military personnel, and invited dignitaries. During the ceremony, the Flag of the Kingdom of Omnislavia was ceremonially raised upon the palace flagstaff to commemorate the anthem’s official inauguration and the Kingdom’s enduring heritage within the Totemian Empire.
The adoption of Rheodina represents a significant milestone in the continuing development of Omnislavia’s distinct regional identity while reaffirming its enduring place within the Totemian Empire. The anthem emphasizes unity, peace, shared heritage, and devotion to the Motherland.
Following the ceremony, His Majesty proceeded to the palace parade grounds, where he conducted a formal review of the Omnislavian Royal Defence Forces. Military personnel representing the Army, Royal Guard, and supporting formations participated in the ceremonial inspection before marching past the King in full review order.

In all matters, Government shall be judged by its works.
My lower government will advance measures to promote economic growth and opportunity. Legislation will be introduced to encourage trade and enterprise, and to strengthen roads, transport, and public infrastructure. These efforts shall extend to all regions of Totemia, so that prosperity may be shared across the whole Empire.
My lower government will bring forward proposals to secure the stewardship of the natural environment. Measures will support the responsible management of resources, the protection of lands of importance, and the reforestation of developed areas. In this way, development shall proceed without injury to the character of our realm.
My lower government will uphold fairness and equal opportunity in public service. New Totemgrad – Angel Hyacinth, Countess of Krasnopolyansky, has officially been sworn in as the 7th Chancellor of the Totemian Empire. The event marks a historic milestone, as she becomes the first female chancellor of the Empire.
The inauguration ceremony was originally scheduled to take place at 12:00 PM EST. However, the proceedings were significantly delayed, with a total postponement lasting approximately six to seven hours. The delay was attributed to miscommunications and other unspecified issues that affected the coordination and timing of the event.
Following the extended delay, the ceremony was able to proceed later in the evening. The official oath of office was administered at approximately 6:40 PM EST by Chief Justice Aden Banks. Despite the earlier complications and the length of the delay, the inauguration itself was carried out smoothly once it began. Jisnt Vericoel PC MP briefly served as the 6th Chancellor of the Totemian Empire for approximately 18 hours. His appointment followed the dismissal of former Chancellor Bread Hiroiovich, who was removed from office by imperial proclamation issued by His Imperial Majesty, the Emperor, on the final day of Hiroiovich’s term due to threats against infrastructure and incompetence.
Jisnt Vericoel was sworn into office by Chief Justice Aden Banks after Angel Hyacinth.

New Totemgrad – Minor renovations have taken place at the Totemian Parliament Building in New Totemgrad. The renovations will focus on improving the official entrances to the two chambers of Parliament: the House of Commons Chamber and the House of Lords Chamber.
The entrance to the Commons Chamber will serve as the primary access point for elected representatives and members of the lower house and an additional entrance for the gallery so people can watch the Commons debate. The Peers Chamber Entrance will provide a more decorated route for nobles, officials, and members of the upper house. The changes are intended to improve organization during parliamentary sessions and strengthen the ceremonial traditions of the Empire. Photos attached will show the before and after. (1 and 2 being the Commons, 3 and 4 being the Lords.)
Alongside the Parliament renovations, the State Hermitage Museum in New Totemgrad has announced that it will officially open sometime in August 2026. The museum, designed as one of the Empire’s greatest cultural institutions, will display historical artifacts, artwork, and collections representing Totemian history, culture, and the wider world.

The Totemian Parliament has passed the Governance Reform Act, signed into law on July 4, 2026, delivering a historic victory for the people’s sovereign right to self-rule. The Constitution is now amended to establish direct democracy as a permanent mechanism, while imposing concurrent mandate restrictions on the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor to prevent abuse of power.
The people can now initiate referendums directly, without reliance on Parliament. A petition with valid signatures equal to just 10% of the total votes cast in the most recent general election places a proposed law, constitutional amendment, repeal, or recall on the ballot. Ordinary laws pass with 60% support; constitutional amendments pass with 90% support. Recalls of directly elected officials require 60% support and result in immediate removal upon certification. A law approved by public referendum cannot be amended, repealed, suspended, or weakened by Parliament for 90 days, unless the people themselves approve such a change in another referendum.
The Act also strengthens Parliament against executive deadlock. A bill vetoed by the Chancellor may be reintroduced as an Override Bill, requiring a 3/4 vote in each chamber to bypass the veto and proceed directly to the Emperor. If that fails, Parliament may submit the bill to a public referendum. Constitutional amendments now follow the same rigorous path: 3/4 approval in each chamber, subject to Chancellor review and Imperial approval, with a parallel override mechanism and a final option for a public vote.
Concurrent mandate restrictions now curtail the concentration of power. Parliament may, by law, suspend powers derived from other offices or seats including the House of Lords when necessary to prevent conflicts of interest or improper legislative advantage. These restrictions have been immediately applied to the offices of Chancellor and Vice Chancellor.
This Act is not a gesture. It is a structural guarantee that the people’s voice shall directly shape the law of the land. The era of total reliance on intermediaries is over. The people now stand as the ultimate legislative body, and their will, once certified, is final.

Allenhude War Ends in Omnislavian Victory Following Overnight Campaign
Lichny — The Allenhude War concluded in the early hours of this morning after the Omnislavian Royal Defence Forces, 23rd Auxiliary Company, secured a decisive victory over the Allenhude Militia during a campaign lasting from 9:30 PM EST on 12 July until 1:00 AM EST on 13 July.
The operation commenced shortly after 9:30 PM as the Royal Defence Forces crossed into the Governorate of Allenhude, whose government had been left without an official Head of Government. Resistance was met from the Allenhude Militia as the advance moved toward the town of Antippe.
The first major engagement began in Antippe, where the Royal Defence Forces quickly established a strong position. Omnislavian cavalry charged through militia lines, breaking organized resistance and allowing infantry to secure the town. After approximately twenty minutes of fighting, Antippe fell to the Royal Defence Forces.
Following the capture of the town, the Omnislavian Flag was raised both within and atop the Allenhude Legislative Hall, marking the town’s capture and the collapse of Allenhude’s local administration.
The campaign continued beyond Antippe as Royal Defence Forces pursued the retreating militia through forests and rocky terrain toward the Dirt Temple, a sacred site of the Covenant of Dirt, a local folk religion. The militia fortified the temple and surrounding positions, using the religious complex as their final defensive stronghold.
Heavy fighting followed around the Dirt Temple and on a nearby beach, where Royal Defence Forces launched their final assault. After sustained combat, the Allenhude Militia’s defenses were overwhelmed, forcing the remaining fighters to surrender.
With organized resistance ended, representatives of the former Governorate of Allenhude and the Kingdom of Omnislavia signed the Treaty of Antippe, officially bringing the conflict to a close.
The Treaty dissolved the Governorate of Allenhude and reorganized its territory as the Dukedom of Allenhude, formally incorporating it into the Kingdom of Omnislavia.
The Allenhude War lasted approximately three and a half hours, ending with the complete surrender of the Allenhude Militia and the restoration of order under Omnislavian authority.
PRAVAUGE-1 will continue to provide official updates regarding the administration and integration of the Dukedom of Allenhude.

Treaty Ending the Allenhude War
Following the defeat and surrender of the Allenhude Militia, this Treaty is agreed to by the Kingdom of Omnislavia and the representatives of the former Governorate of Allenhude to restore peace and establish the future government of the territory.
Article I — End of the War
1. The Allenhude War is hereby declared ended.
2. All fighting shall cease immediately.
3. The Allenhude Militia shall surrender all weapons and military equipment to the Omnislavian Royal Defence Forces.
Article II — Dissolution of Allenhude
1. The Governorate of Allenhude is hereby dissolved.
2. All offices and institutions of the Governorate shall cease to exist.
Article III — Annexation
1. The former Governorate of Allenhude is annexed by the Kingdom of Omnislavia.
2. Allenhude shall become a permanent part of the Kingdom.
Article IV — Duchy of Allenhude
1. The territory shall be reorganized as the Duchy of Allenhude.
2. The Duchy shall be governed under the authority of the Crown of Omnislavia.
3. A Duke shall be appointed by the King of Omnislavia.
Article V — Administration
1. All government property and public buildings shall pass to the Crown of Omnislavia.
2. Royal officials shall oversee the transition to the new administration.
Article VI — Final Provisions
1. This Treaty takes effect immediately upon its signing.
2. Peace and lawful government are hereby restored throughout Allenhude.

Cats of Catalonia has introduced and created the Totemian High Satanic Church.
When asked what inspired him to introduce Satanism to Totemia, Cats gave a simple answer:
“Lols and annoying someone.”
Cats was then asked how long he had been thinking about Satanism and when he had joined the occult.
“What do you mean by occult?” Cats responded. “And I thought of it the same day it was founded.”
When asked how serious his worship of Satan was, Cats clarified that it did not extend into his real life.
“In real life? None. In game, though? Some.”
Cats also confirmed that he plans to release documents for the new church.
“Yes.”
He was later asked whether he plans to create any temples for Satan or dedicated to Satan. No response had been given at the time of publication.
Only time will tell whether the Orthodox or Catholic Church will respond to the situation, or whether either church considers it a serious Satanic issue.

However there have been many issues regarding his time in the empire for his racist leaning statements, far-right jokes and anti LGBTQ+ jokes and statements that has caused a petition to be made for his exile.
Northalgary – Over the past week major renovations have occurred in the Palace of Northalgary in Northalgary, Omnislavia, the unofficial living residence of the Emperor. The palace has been expanded by long buildings surrounding the reflecting pool and gardens. Decree II: I believe it best to replace the gold in the churches with a cast over less precious metal (make it out of bamboo planks instead) or to increase security over our churches (add deny blocks).

Decree V: No sacraments in the church. No baptism, Eucharist, marriage, forgiveness of sins, or any other sacrament will be attempted due to our avoidance of larping so hard we commit sacrilege unintentionally.
Announcement: Funding for Hospitals, Churches, Donation Drives, and Homeless Shelters are being collected. It is asked that all Orthodox followers donate 10% of their salary or whatever they can. The donations will start on the 15th and conclude on the 18th. I personally will be putting 20,000 shilleng towards the funding and I ask all people regardless of faith to donate to help improve our local communities.

This does not diminish your humanity or your dignity, but it does show your lack of care and humility. I’m not calling for you to be shamed or for you to go into hiding, but instead that you simply step away from this sin as best as you can. Lust is a stumbling block for many and it destroys lives, relationships, opportunities, and families. Please don’t let lust have you in shackles while pride has you believing that you’re truly free. We are slaves to sin and the only way to break free from this world of misery and pain is to voluntarily approach and accept Christ as our Lord and us as His voluntary servant.
Know that the only thing deserving of your following and your servitude is the One Who humbled Himself, Who is the same One Who gave you the choice of freedom in Life or in death. He gives you the choice of to be a volunteer to life and hope or to be a slave to something destructive and hateful.

New Totemgrad – History was made on the evening of 21 May, His All-Holiness, Vladimyr I, Ecumenical Patriarch announced that he would be stepping “In recent times I have not been able to give this office the presence and attention it deserves, and in good conscience I can no longer continue in this role.” - Vladimyr I.
He chose his successor on the 23rd, Seminarian (now Father John Glen) as Ecumenical Patriarch-designate (until he is enthroned). John has chosen the name Alexandros. He was ordained as a Priest on the 27th (pic 2.)

New Totemgrad – On the 29th, Private Cates attacked Valentine dey Ghanail for no apparent reason outside the Supreme Court Building in New Totemgrad’s Sixth Ward. He was then promptly arrested and a trial commenced to sentence Cates to a reasonable punishment. He did not show up to court once informed repetitively, which prompted Acting Judge The Honourable Nuxart, Minister of the Interior PC MP to find him in contempt of court. All jurors available found him guilty of all counts which were Assault and Violence, Violation of Citizen Duties. (Murder was dropped for the legal definition being vague for roleplay reasons). (pic. 3 shows the trial)
“PVT Cates is sentenced to ten days in jail and is required to install torches around the Totemian capitol[sic] as apart of his community service for committing violence. PVT Cates shall pay a fine of 1,500 SL for failing to participate in community growth and up holding the laws and shall be suspended from military duties for two weeks. PVT Cates shall also pay Valentine dey Ghanail 5,000 SL as a form of compensation for his actions and must write a letter explaining why he did what he did and why this destroys social harmony. If PVT Cates fails to provide an apology letter or do his community service he shall be sentenced to an additional twenty days of jail and a fine of 3,000 SL shall be imposed.” - Nuxart of Xirnux
Some have argued that the sentence is too long, and on recent reports when he was imprisoned last night (30 May) he has been on good behaviour since he has been imprisoned. Only time will tell to see if his sentence is commuted or if something else happens...

After the regretful defeat of Ironblood on the Emprisian SMP (a Witherian owned server) and subsequent Totemian withdrawal, Members of Witheria have decided to join together to publish a propaganda filled article about the war, framing it as a “Arescetian victory over Totemia” when Totemia was never officially involved.
PRAVAUGE-1 has decided to not share the article as it has been deemed to not only disrespect and mock but outright degrade the honour of our soldiers who fought bravely against fascists.
Let it be known to the people of the community that Totemia refuses to give an official statement, and that we will not forget what happened with Typical/Nathan Charles Jordan, and what happened during the Great Patriotic War, that Totemia did win.

New Totemgrad - After a few weeks of renovating by The Honorable Takemura Ren MP PC, The Head of Infastructure and a Member of Parliament, the Totemian Parliament Building’s (or the Totemian Capitol Building) renovation has been complete with a new marble-copper dome with gilded gold accents, copper roofs for the buildings that house the chambers of parliament and a new entrance. (pic 1)
A new painting has also been installed in the Rotunda, (pic 2) a painting depicting the Battle of Lary, which was the decisive battle on the Nations of Minecraft server during the NOM-Totemian War (more info below)

Hello comrades, many interesting things have been happening in Totemia, something that will be mentioned in todays article; the Colonization of 3 servers, the FSB and the Totemian "Inter realm" empire.
Totemia has conquered many different realms but now @Emperor Vasili of Totemia has selected 3 new fronts for us to conquer, first there is "minecraft server" a new server more based on pvp rather than geopolitics, Secondly there is "chill server" another new server which is infested with arescetians! Last we have gg smp which is in my opinion the best out of the three, but, if you want to join any of them let me know.
The FSB has had some major improvements recently and is now up to date and ready to be deployed. We have also welcomed some members into the empire and the FSB so if you want to join let me know.
The most interesting topic of today is how Totemia has became an Inter-Realm empire, we rule servers such as Skoloria, Aetheris, Humballes and more. Some examples of Inter Realm Empires are TCI, Scottish Empire and Vermillion.
