Decree I: I will be moving Vladimyr Lenskov to Lichny.
Decree II: I believe it best to replace the gold in the churches with a cast over less precious metal (make it out of bamboo planks instead) or to increase security over our churches (add deny blocks).
Decree III: All undead mobs are unholy and deserve death except Tom the zombie due to his protected status by marriage to Ld. Pro. Cats of Catalonia.
Decree IV: All Golem creatures are unnatural and shouldnt be made. Though if already alive they are granted peace and mercy due to their benevolent and kind nature.
Decree V: No sacraments in the church. No baptism, Eucharist, marriage, forgiveness of sins, or any other sacrament will be attempted due to our avoidance of larping so hard we commit sacrilege unintentionally.
Announcement: Funding for Hospitals, Churches, Donation Drives, and Homeless Shelters are being collected. It is asked that all Orthodox followers donate 10% of their salary or whatever they can. The donations will start on the 15th and conclude on the 18th. I personally will be putting 20,000 shilleng towards the funding and I ask all people regardless of faith to donate to help improve our local communities.

Having received and examined the petition submitted before this Ecclesiastical Court, and having considered the testimony and evidence presented concerning the marriage of:
John Totem and Elara Totem
and it having been established that the sacred covenant of marriage was grievously violated through the sin of adultery, contrary to the teachings of Holy Scripture and the Holy Canons of the Orthodox Church;
Therefore, by the authority vested in this Ecclesiastical Court, and for the spiritual welfare of the faithful, it is hereby decreed that the aforesaid marriage is recognized as having been irreparably broken by reason of adultery and is ecclesiastically nullified and dissolved.
The parties are released from the obligations of the marital bond under the discipline of the Church, subject to any pastoral directives imposed by the diocesan bishop.

This does not diminish your humanity or your dignity, but it does show your lack of care and humility. I’m not calling for you to be shamed or for you to go into hiding, but instead that you simply step away from this sin as best as you can. Lust is a stumbling block for many and it destroys lives, relationships, opportunities, and families. Please don’t let lust have you in shackles while pride has you believing that you’re truly free. We are slaves to sin and the only way to break free from this world of misery and pain is to voluntarily approach and accept Christ as our Lord and us as His voluntary servant.
Know that the only thing deserving of your following and your servitude is the One Who humbled Himself, Who is the same One Who gave you the choice of freedom in Life or in death. He gives you the choice of to be a volunteer to life and hope or to be a slave to something destructive and hateful.

Until a new Ecumenical Patriarch has been elected and enthroned, I shall remain in service to the Church as Locum Tenens of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, attending to the day-to-day needs of the faithful during this transitional period.
I hereby call for the election of the next Ecumenical Patriarch of New Totemgrad. Any member of the Totemian Orthodox Church in good standing who wishes to stand as a candidate is invited to come forward. Up to twelve (12) candidates may stand. The result of the election will be submitted to His Imperial Majesty for confirmation before the new Patriarch is enthroned.
